    Good morning

    I have recently taken over the position of running the website for the business I work for and the previous employee who had full control of our website didn’t leave me with any resources of how to maintain the website apart from adding new products for sale.

    Last Wednesday 22nd of May I ran updates on Word Press and some plug ins. I now cannot access anything within the Word Press account, Our store and products have disappeared from the online shop and I cannot edit any pages, log into Word Press or access anything without receiving an error message. If anyone could please help me out that would be great as I’m desperate to get this fixed. Error code:

    Cab you obtain FTP credentials? You’ll need those. Get into the plugins folder and rename it to plugins-bu then try and login to admin. Don’t activate the WC Sorting plugin. Probably outdated. Just leave it be right now.
