    Hi,

    While trying to update my All-in-One SEO plugin via my WordPress website dashboard I received a “Fatal error: uncaught exception” message. I am now unable to access my dasboard or site.

    Could you please explain how this can be fixed? At the bottom of the error message, there was this note: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I have received no such email.

    Full main body of error message;

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘RuntimeException’ with message ‘Error saving action: Error saving action: Table ‘2290690_wpress29775907.wp_actionscheduler_actions’ doesn’t exist’ in /srv/disk2/2290690/www/raymondwiggers.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php:44 Stack trace: #0 /srv/disk2/2290690/www/raymondwiggers.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/ActionScheduler_HybridStore.php(242): ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action), NULL) #1 /srv/disk2/2290690/www/raymondwiggers.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(177): ActionScheduler_HybridStore->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action)) #2 /srv/disk2/2290690/www/raymondwiggers.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(84) in /srv/disk2/2290690/www/raymondwiggers.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/migration/ActionScheduler_DBStoreMigrator.php on line 44

  • Hi @solviturambulando,

    Thanks for reaching out and bringing your concern to our attention!

    This error is most likely due to one of your other plugins that could be using an older version of Action Scheduler. You can try the steps mentioned in our documentation here and that should resolve this issue and get our plugin up and running again.

    Let me know if the problem persists.

    Thanks for your reply. When I checked with the web host, I was told that I had hit my database limit. I did increase it, and the web host resolved the problem.
