    Greetings,
    I have been having problems with my import for a couple of days. When running the “trigger” I have this kind of error. I tried disabling all plugins and changing templates but the problem persists. I also opened a ticket on your site but I still have no response.
    How can I fix it?

    Cron imports are a pro-only feature, so we’ll have to assist via the ticket you opened on our site. We can only help with our free plugins on this forum.

    Hi @wpallimport , I’ve already opened a ticket but I’m still waiting for an intervention reply. I replied to the email with the credentials from yesterday but to date no resolution response

    @wpallimport Hi, I’m still waiting for a response to my support ticket. I bought this plugin which is quite expensive and should have quite responsive support! I am experiencing a disservice and I have a stopped online shop. I need answers to my email as soon as possible.
