“Fatal Error: Uncaught Exception”

  • Hi. All Woocommerce emails have stopped sending via Mailpoet. Doing the plugin deactivation dance doesn’t help. The issue goes away only once Mailpoet is disabled.

    The error below is what I’m seeing, and I see that others are reporting the same thing.

    “Fatal Error: Uncaught Exception: You should call ‘render’ before ‘getHTMLAfterContent.”

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for reporting this issue. Our developers are looking into it.

    It looks like this issue is related to WooCommerce email customization. Could you try downgrading MailPoet to version 4.55.0 for now while waiting for a fix? You can select the version and download it from the bottom of this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailpoet/advanced/
