Fatal error: Uncaught Exception, After creating and deleting a category

Hello, I am seeking support to understand why this error has occurred. The only different action taken was the creation (by mistake) and deletion of an article category to which no articles were assigned. After a few minutes, every time a category is clicked, the error ‘Fatal error: Uncaught Exception’ appears.
