Fatal error. Undefined function wp_read_video_metadata

    Hi
    I get this error when the Transcode plugin is enabled.
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_read_video_metadata() – however the function is defined in media.php.

    From the stack trace of the error, it seems that this error is not related to Transcoder plugin, but is related to contact form extension.

    I would request you to kindly contact for support to appropriate plugin’s support forum.
