Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering

Have this on a couple of sites both using woocommerce.
Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0
The rest of the sites are fine but the shops return this message. I have purged all caches and even deactivated W3TC but the shop pages still show the error. Only a browser refresh displays the page.

My worry is that WC will say it’s a w3tc problem and then round and round I go.
In my opinion wc try to start a output buffer inside a buffer callback of w3tc.
Caching plugin for works need to start output buffer, it is the only way for caching the page. Wc isn’t a caching plugin and can works without output buffer.
For me it’s a wc issue.
