If you’re using a cache plugin (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc), deactivate it and see if the error goes away.

I disabled the WP Super Cache and still get the error message. Where can I post a screenshot?

That error may come from Cache plugins, but other plugins have possibilities too. So to check what causing this error is to plugin conflict check.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

Or Enable Debug Mode on WordPress, so we can get additional error messages as a clue. Edit your wp-config.php and edit this line :
define('WP_DEBUG', false);

to
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
