    Dear support team,

    I am running a multisite installation and using “wp super cache” as well “autoptimize” and serveral other plugins too. BUT When activating your plugin I am getting this error below in browser – screen shot.

    Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

    Please help to solve this issue to be able to use your really loved support plugin.

    Hi Alex,

    No one reported this issue until now and there is no functionality regarding output buffering I suppose. Also, error does not show anything coming from WPSP.

    I suspect it is conflict with one of the plugin.
    Please deactivate all other plugin except WP Support Plus and check working of the plugin. Then you can activate one by one to check this issue.
    I hope this will help something. Please post your findings here.

    Hi again,

    finally I could have solved it by the js “ckeditor.js” within settings of Autoptimize to “exclude scripts from Autoptimize”

    Now the problem seems to be solved.

    Hi there,

    Great news! Thank you for updating here.

    in that case the problem is the ckeditor.js is already minified, but as the file is not called ckeditor.min.js or ckeditor-min.js AO does not know that and tries to minify nontheless, killing the minifier (JSMin). excluding it is a workaround, renaming the file to end in ‘min.js’ would probably be a better fix as it will keep the file aggregated while not being re-minified.

    many thanks for those details!

    BUT who is now in charge to do the changes of renaming?

    Developers of the support plugin, or me to rename the file on my approach?

    If so then I guess on next update this change then will be lost.

    best you keep on excluding while ideally the plugin devs do the filename change ??

    (although you could try the filename-change and changing the code tot reflect that filename change to confirm it works)

    Please use latest version, this issue was fixed few versions before.

    Everything up to date on https://www.LPAuk.com and guess what:
    Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

    I have deactivated Autoptimise to no effect after trying to exclude the file mentioned above!

    I am also getting the same error “Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0” but i don’t know where to find the file js “ckeditor.js” ? Could you please advise as I need to fix this asap without upgrading the WP as the theme is not compatible with the new upgrade? Sometimes the website goes blank as well, please advise how to fix this. Thanks
