Can you please try to disable all plugins and run the update again.

Can you please check that you have Ultimate member shortcodes on your pages.
Please also check that you have assigned all pages in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
Do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
