I am also having the fatal error message.

I Deactivated the old version, removed it, added the new version, and attempted to activate it. When I attempted to activate the new version I was presented –

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

The message had two warnings and the fatal error. Each of which referred to woocommerce-stock-manager.php on line 24.

They also were looking to the following location.
    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-stock-manager//vendor/autoload.php

If I had to venture a guess, the plugin is being prevented from accessing a location? Line 24 is requiring a file, the previous error is showing a broken path //, else the code is calling for // and should only be calling /. // will never work.

Not sure why this is happening, I haven’t dug further into the code. My guess is this should be enough for you to fix the issue?

I’m rolling back until I see update released to fix this issue.

    Thanks for you hard work.
