Fatal Error – Urgent help required

  • Hi I think your plugin may have caused this error when I attempted to update my site:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /var/sites/l/livewelldirectory.uk/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

    Please can you look into it for me?

    Yes the update today to MailPoet Version 3.0.0-rc.1.0.2 completely broke my site as well.

    To fix it I had to disable the MailPoet plugin in the database. It’s a little tricky because you have to edit the JSON.

    select * from [database name here]_options where option_name = ‘active_plugins’;

    Hi triode,
    Thanks for tip but I will wait for Mailpoet to respond as Im not skilled enough to fiddle in the database etc.
    Also, if they want people to pay for the plugin I need to be able to trust it first.
