Fatal error & user permission help – what does it mean?

  • Fatal error: Call to a member function is_theme_active() on a non-object in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/44/2661144/html/wp-admin/customize.php on line 92. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? This appears when I am trying to access theme elements.

    I also cannot access custom settings in the the theme and plugins. As an administrator, I get message that “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    AND – I can see my pages on the live site. In the admin back end I see the count but cannot access the pages.

    HELP?!
