Fatal Error – Username exists

    I have the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: username_exists() in /home/content/n/i/c/nicolane/html/acne-free/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 36

    This doesn’t make sense! the file is exactly the same as other installations which worked perfectly.

    If anyone can shed any light on why it won’t work for this one I would be very grateful!

    You failed to upload all of the WordPress files.

    Double check that every single file made it to your server.

    I did double check – they are all there!

    I tried again – with a new e-mail address – and it worked. It seems that multiple installs to the same database don’t like admin having the same e-mail address.
