My website went down for several hours yesterday due t a problem with the backupwordpress plugin. It’s been disabled but i obviously want to enable it again soon. Do you know whats caused this and how it can be rectified?

Fatal error: Class ‘HM\BackUpWordPress\Service’ not found in…..

It appears that the problem is related with the fact that a application can not find basic part of code which is needed for the backupwordpress-pro-s3 plugin and it appears this plugin caused the problem. I have now disabled the plugin by changing its directory name from backupwordpress-pro-s3 to backupwordpress-pro-s31 and the site is working.

Sorry about that. We can’t provide support for the Amazon S3 addon here but you can enable support via the plugin admin page and we’ll take it from there.
Could you provide the version of the addon you have installed and the complete error message?

    thanks
