    Hi there,

I have been trying to log-in to the admin page and every time I get this on the web-page.

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /home/kanareqw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/includes/functions/parse-user-agent.php on line 123

I get the same message on the home page as well.

    Thanks in advance.

What version of PHP are you running? Are you using eAccelerator?

    Version is 5.4.42
    No Accelerator on the site.

I logged in to the site after a gap of 15 days (approx) to check for any updates.

I did contact my hosting service provider (Bluehost) as well about it, they mentioned the same error arising out of the plugin.

There seems to be a bug in some versions of PHP 5.4.? with anonymous functions (which are used in the user agent parsing library we use). See if you can upgrade to a newer version of PHP.

I’ve submitted a patch back to the ua parsing library to get rid of the anonymous functions which I hope will be included in the next release.

Upgraded to PHP 5.6 and site is working again. Both Home-page and admin-page are running smooth.

Thanks for the help, boss. ??
