    Seems like incompatibility with another plugin may be?

    Hi,

    This conflict is caused by other themes or plugins which are not integrating well with Menu Items hooks.
    In this case, the error happens because of the plugin wp-content/plugins/equip

    The best option is to contact plugin developers and see if they can include a fix for this (can provide more info about this is necessary)
