Fatal error when activating plugin

After downloading and installing the plugin the following message comes up when trying to activate:
“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class MCAPI in …/wp-content/plugins/multi-mailchimp-list-manager/lib/MCAPI.class.php on line 14”
how can I fix it?
