• I get the following error when attempting to add a site:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 67371008) (tried to allocate 65536 bytes) in /home/aacuna2/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 569

    Can anyone please help?

  • Are you on shared hosting or a VPS? If you can, try allocating more memory to PHP. You may also want to check your error logs and see if there’s anything there related to this.

Yes, what host are you on and have you turned off the plugins? We also need to know if this is a fresh install or not.

I am with Hostgator (Reseller Silver). They tell me that I have exceeded the 64MB limit for PHP processes, can’t understand how. I have remove all unnecesary plugins with no change. The main site has been up for a few months.
    Regards

Remove all plugins, necessary or not. One of the ones you still have active may be causing the problem.

A reseller account is not the same thing as a VPS. If you are exceeding memory limits, then you have something going on with a wayward plugin,.

Disabling *ALL* plugins means all of ’em. Not some.
