Fatal error when clicking on Plugins in Admin panel

    hi

    my site is up and running every thing else works, but when I click on Plugins in the Admin panel I get:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 34340864) (tried to allocate 36 bytes) in /homepages/46/d136458765/htdocs/V6/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php on line 276

    I have recently added BPS Security plugin , but if I cant access the plugins I cant remove it to see if it is the cause ..

    Any help would be appreciated ..
