Fatal error when deactivating

Hi @bigmoxy,

The error appears to point to the action scheduler in the WooCommerce plugin. If you’re currently unable to access your site WP Admin, I recommend deleting the WooCommerce plugin folder in your plugin’s directory.

You can locate it by navigating to wp-contents/plugins using FTP or your hosting company file manager – find the ‘woocommerce’ folder there and delete it. That should allow you to regain access to your site. Once you have access, you can reinstall the latest version of WooCommerce in Plugins > Add new.

I’m unable to provide insights into what caused the error as you didn’t share your site’s system status. Typically, deactivating the WooCommerce Blocks plugin shouldn’t trigger such an error so it appears there may have been a conflict.

Once you regain access to your site and reinstall WooCommerce, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

Thanks for sending the System Status Report!

I am troubleshooting a problem with product filtering so I am deactivating non-essential plugins of which Woocommerce blocks is one of them. Upon deactivation I got the following fatal error:

I’m curious if you still get this error when only the core WooCommerce Extensions are enabled. Would you mind disabling the following plugins and toggling on and off WooCommerce Blocks to see if the issue persists:

It’s possible there is some sort of conflict between WooCommerce Blocks and Visual Composer.
