Fatal error when installing the plugin

I received a fatal error when installing the plugin version 2.9.9 about a week ago. However, when I refreshed the dashboard page, the error was gone and the site loaded just fine. Below are the error details that I received in email. No further issues detected afterwards. I’ve now updated to the latest version. Just letting you know if you want to further investigate.
