        Install/active plugin.
        Register with Miniorange.
        Follow instructions in /wp-content/plugins/miniorange-adfs-login/resources/guide/adfs_as_idp-wp.pdf.
        Click “Test Configuration” button

    ADFS was not returning Assertion due to restrictions in Issuance Authorization Rules. MiniOrange code does not check for this condition (saml2/Response.php Line 65-74).
