  • Dear tarawilkin,

We are begging your pardon for the troubles. Fatal error can be related to couple issues. Could you be more specific and share the code or the error message hat you see, besides the word “Fatal Error”, please. Otherwise, give a try and deactivate all plugins and switch the slider on afterward, try to activate the rest of the plugins one by one and see if any of them bring a conflict.

Another workaround is a theme change. For example, if you switch to the default WP theme, do you get the same error when activating the plugin?

Give us more details and we will be right back. Thank you!

My apologies for my delay. Activating the plugin is where the problem lies. I am using the latest version of X theme and the latest version of WordPress. I have used this plugin in the past and it worked just fine on the X theme. It was a older version of the slider, 2.9.6 and I believe I was trying to update the plugin to the latest version and it gave me an error so I deleted the plugin to get the latest one installed. Either version can be installed just fine, it just won’t activate. Installed right now is 3.1.9

    Hello
Could I ask you please, download the version 2.9.6 from this link https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/slider-image/developers/
Remove the current 3.1.9 version and install the older one. If the old version will be activated with no problem, then, please send a message to [email protected] and inform about the problem with 3.1.9 version

    We will appreciate it

    Thank you

2.9.6 did not work, neither did trying another version 2.9.9

If it would help, I could email wordpress and ftp credentials over?
