Fatal Error when trying to add to a page

Getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_user_can() in /…/wp-content/plugins/local-market-explorer/tinymce/lmemodule/dialog.php on line 6
when I click the map icon on a page to try and add it.
Any suggestions?
