Fatal Error when trying to login to login to phpMyAdmin

    Out of nowhere I cannot log in to phpMyAdmin anymore. This is the message I recieve:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function checkConfig() on integer in /www/phpmyadmin/PMA3/libraries/common.inc.php:714 Stack trace: #0 /www/phpmyadmin/PMA3/index.php(13): require_once() #1 {main} thrown in /www/phpmyadmin/PMA3/libraries/common.inc.php on line 714

    How to fix this?

  • Have you contacted your hosting provider yet? Usually issues with phpmyadmin would not be related to WordPress.

    Oddly enough the problem seems to have disappeared, before I managed to contact my hosting provider… – Thank you anyway!

    Great to hear. Sounds like they may have had an issue they resolved.
