    My client and I went through all the settings on this plugin and after checking a box for reminders we got this error for every page on the admin side of the website:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function update() on null in /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-appointment-scheduling/Functions/EWD_UASP_Reminders.php:63 Stack trace: #0 /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-appointment-scheduling/Functions/EWD_UASP_Reminders.php(31): EWD_UASP_Send_Email_Reminder(Object(stdClass), Array) #1 /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-appointment-scheduling/Functions/EWD_UASP_Reminders.php(9): EWD_UASP_Check_Email_Reminders() #2 /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): EWD_UASP_Possible_Email_Reminders(”) #3 /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #4 /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groun in /home/valkyr10/groundings.strange-child.com/groundings/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-appointment-scheduling/Functions/EWD_UASP_Reminders.php on line 63

    I can delete the plugin through the file manager to access the site, but reinstalling and activating your plugin results in that error. I can roll back to a backup but this is kind of a big deal. Any ideas what I can do?

    Hi strange,

    What box did you check? There are no checkboxes in the Reminders area of the options. We just double checked and switching any of the radio buttons doesn’t result in this. Neither does creating new reminders. If you could let us know what option you changed to make this happen, we can test that exact sequence on our end to see if we get the same thing.

    Sorry I have been ill and could not reply earlier.

    It appears that we were using an older version of the plugin where we had complimentary access to premium features. I think we were using a Beta version. However, I installed this plugin on another site and saw that the settings are completely different from what we were looking at a week ago. Installing the most current version of the plugin on our site doesn’t result in errors.

    For the record, the options we had been testing out before everything went haywire were “Admin Appointment Notification” and “Service Provider Appointment Notification”.
