    Hi,

I get this fatal error when upgrading to 3.6.10

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WPML_SP_User’ not found in /home/masteringbox.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/inc/emails.class.php on line 2″ while reading response header from upstream…

Additionally since last update of woocommerce I get a really really slow performance on wp-admin and I can’t navigate the front end while connected as admin. If I deactivate your plugin or woocommerce-subscriptions everything works fine. It seems there’s some kind of conflict with woocommerce-subscriptions.

    Regards

  • I can’t open my site!!!

[02-Sep-2015 21:14:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WPML_SP_User’ not found in /home/elenakhl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/inc/emails.class.php on line 2

First of all my apologies about that.
Can you please tell me which versions of our plugins are you using?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello there,

I experienced the same problem, took a look at the .httpd-error.log.2015.09.03 and found:

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WPML_SP_User’ not found in /…../plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/inc/emails.class.php on line 2

The work around which I made brought the site up again:

Simply replace the file emails.class.php located in plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/inc/ with the previous one before the update.

We just released a new version 3.6.11 that should fix the issue.

Thanks, new version does solve the fatal error, although my site does still slow down a lot when connecting to wp-admin with woocommerce multilingual and woocommerce subscriptions activated (if I deactivate one of both everything works fine). Should I create a new threat for this issue?

    @estudio de grabacion
Could you please create a new ticket in WPML forum, and mention me there, so that we could debug this further.

    Hi @george Botsev,

I posted the issue in the WPML Forum, you can check it here:

    Regards

    Thank you.
    Let’s move the discussion there.

after i updated the plugin to 3.6.11 the admin panel doesn’t give the error anymore but it shows blank. When i deactivate all the plugins by renaming the plugins folder it works but without any plugins of course…and my whole site is based on plugins

    Hello alexhera,
Please enable debug in WordPress and let us know of the output of the debug log.
I suspect that you might need to increase the memory for WordPress…but this is just a guess at this time.
If you still have the issue with WooCommerce Multilingual and you want to receive a help, you can open a new ticket in wpml.org support forum where a supporter can assist you with the problem on your site.
