Fatal error while activating all plugins

  • Hello, as I did not find any answer in the forum, can anybody help on fatal errors with statistics plugins? I had WP Statistics on my blog, but then deactivated it, because I wanted to try another one. Anyway, when I re-installed it, I received a fatal arror message. Then I deactivated it and tried to install three other statistics plugins such as, but every time I received the same message: Fatal error. My internet provider said that PHP and WordPress – from their perspective – are working all right. Then I tried the error logfiles and found huge lists. They pointed out that the error messages come from calling a file, which is …/plugins/wp-excel-cms/public/wp-excel-cms.php. They said I should delete this WP excel plugin, which I did. But still I am receiving fatal errors on all statistics plugins I try to install. The error message in WordPress is:

    Hello,

    Thank you for reporting the issue, can you please double-check that you are using the latest version of WP Statistics? The latest version is 14.1.3.1

    Hello,

    thank you for your reply. As I had the plugin de-installed and re-installed, I must have used the newest version, yes. Interestingly, this did not only happen with WP Statistics, but for the first time I tried other statistics plugins, and all of them told me: Fatal error.

    Does this error code makes sense to you?
