Fatal error while activating plugin

    Hi,

    I have upgraded GamiPress to 1.6.7 while it was deactivated. When I tried to activate it I got:

    Note: I had deactivated plugin since 1.6.6 since it slowed down WP in the backend terribly. I tried to rule out the conflict with all plugins and theme (changing theme for twenty seventeen and deactivating all plugins but GamiPress: it did not help – the site was running very slowly in any operation I tried to do). Now I was trying whether anything has changed after releasing the update.

    I really wanted gamipress to work and I built a Learning Management System around it for music education. It would take me a significant amount of work to take out all of the references I have made to the plugin on my website. Please help!

    We just released a new update (1.6.7.1) fixing this issue so on a few minutes you should be able to update GamiPress correctly

    Thanks so much Ruben. So far the update seems to have worked and my website is functioning properly again.

    This plugin is difficult to use but so powerful even when set up only for the basics. I use it to give students in my free music production class the ability to “rank up” as they log in every day and complete lessons.

    I still haven’t found a way to give them “credit” for viewing lesson pages or watching YouTube videos as Gamipress only supports internal video but even just giving them points and achievements manually sets the course apart from any course like it.

    This plugin truly is awesome so I’m very thankful you released this update!

    Hi @jordanwinslow

    First time GamiPress can overwhelm you with the amount of features and information

    But, at the end, you will see that GamiPress is so easy to setup and this bunch of options brings you the maximum flexibility to setup the gamification strategy you want

    About youtube videos, don’t worry, we already have plans to bring support to this platform
