Fatal error while changeing theme website doesnt work help!

    I was changing themes and suddenly this happened

    Fatal error: Undefined class name ‘k2’ in /homepages/37/d317353578/htdocs/wp-content/themes/k2/functions.php on line 21

    I cannot login or do anything, I am not quite sure what to do or what happened. Can anyone tell me what this means?

    it does it in the default theme as well

    guys I cant get my previous pages back does that mean they are lost? Or is there something I can do about that?

    Hi Bamaxx, apparently (your copy of) the K2 theme is broken. So download it fresh and verify if it is suitable for your wordpress version( 2.8.3 I believe?)

    For now, repeat the steps above, delete the K2 theme folder and see if you can get in your Dashboard and then check if the pages are still there. Your posts are there so I don’t believe your pages are gone.

    do I have to reload the k2 theme or can I just throw up the default theme? Meaning, I have to put the k2 theme up again to get my pages?

    No K2 theme for now. First get it up and running on the default theme.
    So yes, upload the default theme (and never delete that one; it’s a backup theme when yo have troubles).
