Fatal Error while trying to activate plugin

    Hi,
    I’m trying to use this plugin, but when I try to active it, I get this fatal error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/electmor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cm-answers/licensing_api.php on line 48

    Now, I have removed the cm answers file from my admin panel, but I still see the plugin exist in my WordPress plugin list.

    How do I fix the problem and activate the plugin, and if I can’t, then how can I remove this plugin totally from my WordPress?
