I get this error every time I type my website URL:

Warning: require(/home2/miho/public_html/wp-includes/post.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/miho/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 167

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home2/miho/public_html/wp-includes/post.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home2/miho/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 167

I will gladly appreciate anyone who has some knowledge about how to fix this issue.

    Thanks!

Well as the message says you’re missing post.php page in your https://pectusexcavatumfix.com/wp-includes/
You can see for yourself. So you need to re-upload that file there and see what happens after that.

How can i Re-upload that file?

    What is that file actually?

Using any FTP program like Filezilla or similar. post.php shows posts on your website.

This is a WordPress core file located in the folder /wp-includes/

How can i Re-upload that file?

Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy this file.

As @sinip suggested, use FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

    It says:

The following files already exist on the server in the directory “/home2/miho/public_html/wp-includes”:

    post.php
Do you want to continue your upload and overwrite these files?

I uploaded my file anyway, but the same error continues…

    – Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

I managed to fix this issue. Thanks for the instant support! I am very pleased.

I can now login to my wp-admin.

However, how can it be possible to have problem with the theme on every site?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function sydney_slider_template() in /home2/miho/public_html/wirelessdoorbellcenter.com/wp-content/themes/sydney/header.php on line 57

This is now the error I receive. But, when I change the theme the problem goes away.

What was the cause of this problem? How can I prevent this from happening from in the future? It would be a long way to fix and redesign every single site to detail.

    Glad to know it ??

This suggests an issue with your sydney theme.

I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/sydney so the plugin’s or theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
