Fatal Error with Pho version Update

    Good day,

    We updated our domain to run php 7.4 from 7.3 and the braintree for woocommerce plugin experienced a fatal error and stopped working. On rolling back to php 7.3 the error resolved.

    The plugin is running at the latest version.

    Please can we receive some assistance in this regard? We do need to run a later version of php.

  • Hi @shannonstorm – Can you paste the error you received when updating to PHP 7.4? Also just for the record, can you paste a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’
