Fatal error with variable product

    When the plugin Facebook for Woocommerce is actived I can not edit or add a variable product, it is like the attributes were not created but they were, and I received an email from WordPress warnign me about a fatal error with this plugin and send the link (the variable product page), then I disabled the plugin and everything worked fine.
    I am working with WordPress 5.6.1, Woocommerce 5.0 and Facebook for Woocommerce 2.2.0.

    Can you please provide the Fatal error logs from your site so we have more context?

    You can access these logs from WP-admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs and then looking for the fatal error logs in the dropdown on the right.

    Additionally, It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thanks for the logs and your SSR they are very helpful!

    The logs have provided the culprit, specifically this part: wp-content/plugins/ocean-extra/includes/panel/scssphp/src/Parser.php en la línea 875

    This tells us that the culprit behind the crash is your Ocean Extra plugin, can you try deactivating this plugin then checking again?

    I did what you told me to do but I got another error:

    2021-02-18T21:23:27+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 987136 bytes) en /home3/xxxx/public_html/wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php en la línea 301

    I increased the WordPress limit to 256 MB and did not work too.

    Next I did this:

    “What I did is rename the fb_google_category_to_attribute_mapping.json
    So it is not loaded anymore”.

    I kept receiving the same error although I could add a variation. Unbelievable, maybe is time for a fix.

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    We recommend a minimum memory limit of 512 MB for Facebook for WooCommerce to work properly.

    Can you try setting your limit to 512 MB or higher, and then deactivating all other plugins except Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce itself before trying a new sync?
