Thank you for letting us know about this! We’re working on a fix.

Can you please try going into the form settings, clicking the GravityExport Lite settings, and re-saving the feed?

Once you re-save the feed, please try downloading the file again.

Are you willing to export the form? That would be helpful for us to reproduce the error. If so, in the Dashboard, click Forms, click Import/Export, then Export Forms) and send it to [email protected]. Thank you!

Please, somebody, give me zip gf-entries-in-excel version 1.8.14 for my further work with reports

    (@doekenorg)

@nataliiaprofile very sorry to hear this.

Would you mind creating a new issue though? This topic has already been resolved, and this error seems to be something else.

In the mean time you can download an old version via the plugin advanced page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gf-entries-in-excel/advanced/

If you scroll down to *advanced options* you can download a previous version. Here you can select 1.8.14 and click download. You can then upload this zip to your website.

Again sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll pick up your issue ASAP. Please do open a new topic. Thanks!
