Fatal Error with wp-blog-header.php

  • Hello and I hope someone can help me. I have looked through the forums and have tried all the suggestions that are already there but i still keep getting…

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /homepages/41/d265269686/htdocs/blog1/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them!

    The reason this started was…I downloaded all my files to my desktop and then re uploaded them using Filezilla.

    and that’s when the fatal error started.

    I also can’t login into wp-admin because I keep getting this error….

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /homepages/41/d265269686/htdocs/blog1/wp-admin/admin.php on line 21
