Fatal Error WooCommerce

  • Hi everyone,

    I installed woocommerce plugin and click – Run the setup wizard then the message below appear on screen.

    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_help_tab() on null in /home/renardv2/public_html/isynex.com/wp-content/themes/buddy/lib/inc/theme-options.php on line 1557

    I don’t know what that is. I need your help on this issue please.

    Hi there,

    The message states that your active theme “buddy” throws a fatal error.
    This probably means “buddy” is not compatible with WooCommerce out of the box.

    You will need to contact the theme author for help for this.
