Fatal errors…

I have three major issues now with latest version of the plugin.

1. For gmail.com users, link which should redirect to gmail.com mailbox directly after email sign up doesn’t work. It points to <my website domain><my email, not gmail address>

2. DOWNLOAD link doesn’t work! URL in donload link points to something like:
<https://mail.google.com/mail/#search/from:%5BMY_DOWNLOAD_FILE_URL%5D&gt;

this is the same for all emails, not only for gmail.com emails.

3. I’ve integration with mailchimp. When user enters email, I get 2 the same emails from mailchimp (asking for subscription confirmation) instead of 1.
