    Hi @refataitta,

It might be that your site has not experienced any fatal errors yet.

Just to check, have you looked at the PHP error logs? You can find them as explained in this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/#section-2.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply,

I have a problem with the website being down when I refresh product feeds, and when I contacted my host here was their reply:

    ””`Hi there,

The script is spawning so many processes at once its causing your hosting accounts entry process limit to be overloaded / reached, to solve this issue you will need to alter your script so that it does not create so many processes at once / symultaneously.`””’

Please advice on how to solve this issue since I have little technical background.

    Hi there,

The script is spawning so many processes at once its causing your hosting accounts entry process limit to be overloaded

The files they listed are basic WordPress files; they get loaded when WordPress loads. Your provider is currently saying that WordPress is using too many resources for their hardware. ??

    However you mention:

    when I refresh product feeds,

Product feeds as in Google XML Product Feed?

    Kind regards,

    Thank you for the reply.
yes they are XML and CSV feeds.

I can’t find any solution anywhere

    Hi @refataitta

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This will help figure out what is happening on your site.

Regarding the response of your hosting company

The script is spawning so many processes at once its causing your hosting accounts entry process limit to be reached

It would be useful if they could tell you what your process limit is and how you can increase it? It may be that you need to upgrade your hosting account or find a new hosting provider.
