Fatal-errors Out of memory

    Hi

    We have some fatal error issues which I believe are caused by woo product feed pro. Please see error log below. How can I fix this?

    Hi @jotisaga thanks for reporting. Can you pass the actual error?

    We’ll investigate what we can from the line number given but would be great to know the actual error from the PHP log. Also the context of what you were doing at the time of the error.

    Hi,

    Where can I find the information that you are looking for?

    The problem that we have is that some orders end up with status cancelled even though they are not. I am being told by the checkout support team that it is due to fatal error. And the error log file in woocommerce-status have the info that I sent before.

    Hi @jotisaga we don’t touch orders so while it’s not impossible it’s not likely to be us.

    You can grab the error from WooCommerce->System Status, then look at the logs. It should be in the fatal logs and show the specific error. Otherwise, you might be able to contact your host to get it.

    Please also make sure you’re on the latest version 13.3.6 and try regenerating your feeds.

    Hi

    I changed to php version 8.1 (from 8.3) yesterday shortly before I contacted you, since I read in one of your support threads that you recommended 8.1. And since then I have not seen the fatal error, so hopefully it is solved now. Before I saw in the log fatal error every hour, when the google feed refreshed, but nothing since then.

    Great, thanks for letting us know @jotisaga – we’ll investigate to make sure we’re PHP 8.3 compatible (it’s on our list already) and will circle back here when that is released officially.
