Fatal Errror Message upon loging in

Can you deactivate wp-dbmanager plugin? That seems to be the problem.

Yes, do you have FTP access to your site?
If so, go to:

wp-content/plugins/ and delete the folder that contains “wp-dbmanager” plugin
