    Is this a multisite WP installation or multiple single site installations? For multisite, you can use switch_to_blog(), then make a normal data query.

    For multiple single installations, you can either create a separate DB connection to the other site’s DB using the wpdb class; or get the data by making REST API requests to the other site.
