Fault in displaying the cookie banner

    Hello, I have had a problem for a few weeks with the display of the cookie banner. This is no longer displayed. It is present in the right corner of the home sheet, and when I hover over this area, the banner is visible. When I launch the connection to my home page, the banner remains in its place, that is to say in the bottom of the right angle of the range! Thank you in advance, Sincerely, Claude.

    Hi @claudeblet,

    I assume that your question refers to the “Manage consent” button in the bottom right corner, which can be used by your visitors to re-open the Cookie Banner to change their consent preferences.

    It can be disabled under Complianz > Cookie Banner > Manage consent display options > “Hide everywhere“, if desired.
