• My team and I have been using this plugin successfully on our client’s demo website:

    https://webyourwebsite.nl/pakket-samenstellen/

We have created a functional PDF with text fields to display the values of the system a user is able to configure in the PDF, thanks to your plugin.

However, when we moved our demo to the client’s live website, we noticed that all the PDFs created on there returned faulty PDFs. Fonts don’t seem to display correctly, which tends to result in important information and values being cut off or being hard to read:

Do you have any idea as to what could be causing the difference between these two?

Upon closer inspection, the PDF generated on the live website (the faulty one) seems to swap out the font of the text fields, replacing it with a font that doesn’t seem to be recognized on any device.

Could anyone provide me with support on this issue?

Whenever I try to edit one of the text fields in the faulty PDF, it initially displays the info popup: The font ‘[X]’ contains a bad /BBox.

However, we tried to switch out the text field fonts for a bunch of others, even the default ones (Helvetica), but they all default back to an unrecognizable font.
