Favicon disappears once Installed

That seems strange. Can you please tell us which theme you’re using currently, So we could check on our end?

Besides, please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for NotificationX. Also please check after switching to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.
The theme is Leverage.
No conflicts. Once I deactivate Notification X favicon re-appears.
Switched to Twenty Twenty problem persisted until deactivated Notification X again.
Strange thing: I just deactivated all plugins except NX and then switched the theme to twenty twenty-one and I still got the same problem.
