favicon does not display

lgbt-south-favicon.ico
is located here:
public_html/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/favicon

and under the Add a Favicon I have referenced the file correctly.

I have also cleared my browsers.

Nothing seems to work. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks so much for a great theme!
