Favorit dont automatic update!

  • Hi,

    First of all I just wanna thx for the awesome shop plugin you have made.

    I have one small little problem with it. I run the theme Panama and have installed your plugin and everything works except it dont update automatic when putting a image in favorite.

    To be more clear I must click favorit to se that it actually was put in there. Same problem when trying to remove it I must click the favorite button first then I see its gone.

    What could be wrong?

    I would need to see a public gallery on your site to see.

    @samlue, your gallery requires a login to access, I need a public gallery (or at least password protected but I need the password as well).

    Feel free to setup a test gallery for me to take a look.

    I have tested some more and It seams to work if I create a galleri with just password protected and access none

    but when I create a galleri that is private (user) and registerd and logged in then it dosent work.

    Do you have a email where I can send you a login to a test galleri so you can check it out

    I created a private gallery and required registered and logged in on my test site… it worked fine.

    There may be a conflict with either a plugin or your theme. Please disable all non-Sunshine plugins and use a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Sixteen) and check again. If the issue goes away, enable your theme and try again. If still not present, enable plugins one-by-one and test after each until you find the one that causes the conflict and we can go from there.
