• On some of my sites, asking to see my favourite plugins via /wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=favorites returns no results via a ‘No plugins match your request’ message.

On other sites on the same server (so same PHP etc version) it does do so correctly.

I can’t see any pattern in which ones work and which don’t, but it looks like the ones that don’t work consistently don’t work – trying again later doesn’t make it work, so it’s looking like it’s not the search timing out.

  • Hi,
1- Please make sure that you are using the latest version of wordpress, themes and plugins.

2- Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

3- If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

4- Check the server error log to know the detail of the issue.

    Thanks
    Mohammad
