Favorites not showing up

Hi,

We configured the plugin to be able to show galeries to specific users. The users are then able to select their favorite images. This works all good!

When we go to the page where all the favorite images should be visible, we get this message twice: Your shopping cart is still empty! Return to Gallery “gallery name”.

On the settings page we selected the right favorites page.

We deactivated all plugins and switched to the Twenty Nineteen theme, but the message still shows up twice. Do you know how we can fix this?
